We Were Combing A Bald Head For Seven Years

President Musa, Is The Messiah Of Somaliland

Yusuf Deyr

Reading the desperate face of the lay – man on the street is my favourite book.  Using his tongue as a pen inked with twisted tears, deep, deep from his heart.  As we share and have many things in common.  That is why his agony and scream shivers my spine.  His coughing and sneezing opens my eyes to see, and entices my brain to visualize.  Then I noose around and apply all my senses to snoop.  I don’t  take the pen to scratch the paper, until I feel the instinct to a certain stimuli and get the urge to write, then I start speaking totally from my heart.   All in all, I write for a cause and a reason.   Hence, I get on relief of my stress and the heavy burden on my shoulders and back – bone.   Where my BP turns into baby blood pressure.

Dear reader, If I set aside all negativity,  and redeem all sins.  Still, I smell blood in the water.  We have fallen a prey to the teeth – grip of some wicked heartless interest – group Diaspora that are eating  with both hands and swallowing more than they can chew.    Ignorant elements that are trying to mess up both,  our arrival to life, as well as our departure to heaven.  All their intention is to get rich on our behalf, and to rip us off, of all our rights, identity, aspirations, inspirations, and faith without our consent.  Wearing ear – rings, in the belief that it will blind the eye – sight of the masses.  So that, they can act against our wish and demands.  We are conquered by a cunning fox with a dual citizenship;  who carries in it’s pocket a federalist pin – code, as well as a sovereignty ID Card.   A failed leadership that is hungry for revenge, and retaliation.   Dressing up  in a gown that was made of fabric of greed and wearing a mask of responsibility – slip to cover up their wrong – doing.    A failed leadership who have pleaded guilty to unlawful confinement of democracy and freedom of speech.   Flashing all those startling revelations of wrongdoing like terrorizing the  press and the media.  Money – Vacuum Human – Being that sweeps all coins and Bank – notes, practicing all kinds of corruption and rip off;   from Parking – Tickets up to Ministerial – Budget fraud.    A professional gang that never say;  that is enough.

Dear reader, in the new World of the Internet; where there is no walls and fences; who needs windows and gates?  Instead of forwarding well cherished opinions, and fruitful ideas, to uplift our hope and aspirations.   That old previous failed Regime  are still stamping out dirty words through dirty mouths.  Claiming falsely that that they have spent time and wealth in the election of the New President,  Mr. Musa Bihi to stain his reputation.   That is very disgusting and a shame,  crying for an answer.   Our Failed Leadership, needless to say their names  like Mr. X and Mr. Y.   Let me tell you in black and white that you have arrived to this country ( Somaliland),  while you were  bankrupt, all your overseas accounts in red ink and  having only a pair of shoes.    Dear reader, in the Western countries , once somebody with a high profile dies under unknown circumstances.  They perform a process called Autopsy.   During that process , the corpse of the dead person is held in a certain place.  They say the corpse is,  Lying – In – State.   That is the display of the corpse of a public figure for public tribute before it is buried or cremated.  Dear country men,  the false claim of the late Failed Leadership,  is Lying – In – State and must go under Autopsy.   Dear reader,  Brandy liquor did not mask the bitter taste.  What a fabricated big lying !  we are conquered by wild mosquitoes hungry for pain and blood.   False prophets which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly;  they are ravening wolves.    They are practicing all kinds of cruel jokes of intimidation, fraud, corruption and deception to satisfy their constant hunger and greed.   To free themselves from the constant poverty that they are always encountered with.  But let me tell you,  that you will always be engaged long your life, in seeking more of this or that.  Because of your greed, money can’t buy you friends, but it will make you a better class of enemy.

Special – Alarming Message  To All Educated Youth In Somaliland:  Education is not just about going to school and getting a degree.   It is about widening your knowledge and absorbing the truth about life.  Learning your rights and fighting for it.   And you must know what you want from life.  Remember ! there is just one thing that makes your dream become impossible.   It is the fear of failure.  We can easily excuse and forgive  a child, or an ignorant person who is afraid of the dark;  but the real tragedy of life is when lettered men like you got afraid  from light .

Fails to face and challenge the reality of life and surrender himself to the existing hostile circumstances that had handcuffed him.    You have been kept in the dark by your previous dishonest political leaders for decades;  and now it is your first chance to see the light.   Getting a leader with a vision and have the guts  to implement it.   A leader with a genuine testicles that have been tested in our days of doom and gloom.    Who is willing to make a change from the grassroots until the country  stands back on it’s feet; and establish law and order again.  A  leader who is worried about your future prospects and career.   A leader who cares about you and about his country.   A leader who is willing to take beneficial drastic measures for betterment;  from the grassroots  of a whole  misled  and corrupted nation, from peasant to prince.   As we are now,   a malfunctioning nation that verbally exists but totally is a subject to ruin and destruction in all aspects of life.   Our system of Governing, law and order, sustainable economy, environment, religion, moral values, social justice, compassion of nationalism and patriotism were destroyed and demolished.  Ethics, feelings of human heart of love, patience and tolerance  to one another were forsaken and exists no more.

Has replaced with killing one another and targeting and murdering  innocent people;  looting and robbery as a new fashion and style for survival.    And now,  we are badly in need of a leader who must espouse nationalism and revive  again,  the national dead spirit in order to save this country,  as well as  to introduce a new initiatives and a healing approach to enable this nation to survive again.   Dear reader, leadership is a privilege to better the lives of others.   It is not an opportunity  to satisfy your personal greedy.   The supreme  quality for leadership is unquestionably integrity.   Without  it, no real success is possible, no matter whether it is on a section gang,  a football field, in an army,  or in an office.   It is not about the next election, it is about the next generation.   Good leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality.  The key to successful leadership today is influence, not authority.   Attributes of leadership are about finding  ways of encouraging people to combine their efforts, their talents, their insights,  their enthusiasm, and their inspiration to work together.   In the past, leadership meant muscles; but  today it means getting along with people.  Above that, there are a lot of road – blockades, thorns, obstacles, challenge and stumbling blocks that are facing us.   The road of the marathon is long and very fatiguing.

In both challenges, the local one and the international one.  I believe much that the New Messiah of Somaliland  President Musa will be the right choice and will turn  the stumbling blocks into building blocks.  The first man gets the Oyster, the second gets the shell.  Millions saw the apple fall, but Newton was the one why asked why.   He can fight with an army of lions,  but he is afraid  of an army of sheep that is led by a lion. Those local greedy Cooperates and business men with the dual citizenship like our own New Cabdi Xoosh, mercenary sultans and chiefs who represent only their stomachs and wallet, the envy  of the Evil – Empire of Mogadishu and  the jealousy of the Banana Republic of Jibouti who believes that they can survive if we stand back on our feet.  By the help and support of The Mother – In – Law (  Tribalism  ) which we have already prepared it’s coffin but always survives  all flood and fire is supporting those stooges.  They are all straining every nerve to make the possible impossible and they don’t want us to stand up back on our feet.   Because, it is said, only the guy who isn’t rowing has time to rock the boat.   That is an Army of sheep led by a lion.  But if the youth of Somaliland unites together and rallies behind the new president.  I am deadly sure that we will be the winners.   Because we are fighting for a right  cause; we are fighting for our existence.

We, the Africans as a whole  had never encountered a good leader since we have received our independence from the colonial white man.  Hence, the whole continent is not familiar or capable to define a  good leader.  But according to the Info – center of the white man.

After examining the resources available across the Websites.  After I settled on a handful of informative articles from the sites such as The Havard Business Review and Forbes.  With the help of these key publications, along with assistance from University staff.  I determined that we should spearhead one of the hardest questions to answer.  What makes an effective leader?  Our goal with this info – graphic was to provide a resource that compiles this question into one place, so that the current and future leaders will find it, both, interesting and educational.  According to the definition of the white man.  A leader is a person who has a vision and a drive, and a courageous commitment to achieve that vision.   Who naturally own those traits, knowledge and skills or develop through experience.

A leader can see a problem that needs to be fixed or a goal to be achieved.   What makes leaders to be different from one another, are the knowledge, traits and skills that the leader tackles with his obstacles.  plus his devotion, motivation, honesty, vision, guts and the advisors surrounding him.  That makes the difference.  There are no magic bullets.  But some people are born with these traits, skills and born to lead.  Others develop them as they improve as leaders.  It is the courage and strength that lets the leader move his vision forward despite all the obstacles that faces him.   It is his passion for the idea, and his inner sense of an honest commitment.   While there are many forms of leadership that each come with a slew of personality traits.  We determined, through research and university feedback, a list of eleven consistent traits that great leaders leverage,   These include:

1-Courage and Honesty: your politics and as employees are a reflection of yourself, and if you make honest and ethical behaviour a key value, your team will follow suit.

2-Ability to delegate: Trusting your team with your idea is a sign of strength, not weakness.  Delegating tasks to the appropriate persons is one of the most important skills you can develop.

3-Communication: Being able to clarify and briefly express what you want to be done is extremely important.  If you can’t relate your vision to your team, you won’t all be working towards the same goal.

4-Sense Of Humour: It is amazing how a little humour can lighten a mood, or defuse a tense situation.  If you are constantly learning to find humour in the struggle, your work environment will become a happy and healthy space, where your employees look forward to working in.

5-Confidence: Assure everyone that setbacks are natural and the important thing is to focus on the longer goal.  But staying calm and confident, you will keep the team feeling the same.

6-Commitment: If you expect your team to work hard and produce quality content, you are going to need to lead by example.

7-Positive Attitude: Keep your team motivated towards the continued success of the subject – matter in hand by keeping the energy and esteem level up.

8-Creativity: It is during the critical situations that your team will look to you for guidance and you may be forced to make a quick decision.  It is important to learn to think outside the box.

9-Ability To Inspire: Being able to inspire your team is great for focusing on the future goals.  It is your job to keep spirits up, and that begins with an appreciation for the hard work.

10-Intuition: When leading a team through uncharted waters, there is no roadmap on what to do.  Everything is uncertain, and the higher the risk, the higher the pressure.

11-Iron – Guts: You must be courageous and daring during the challenges.  Risk taking attitude.

But we all know that three things can’t be long hidden.  The sun, the moon and the truth.  Everything we hear is an opinion, not a fact.   Everything we see is a perspective, not the truth.   Above all, honesty and courage are  the first chapter in the Book of wisdom.  Dear reader, you have to bear in mind that a Hero is someone who has given his or her life to something bigger than oneself.  Having swinging moods is not a sign of weakness but a sign of being alive.  It is of no use of choosing the material and colour you like, but finding the clothes do not fit.   A bad nickname is the heaviest stone the devil can throw at an angel.   For the last seven years, we, as Somalilanders, were combing a bald head, but now, there is something new under the sun.   A New Era and a New Leadership, and we are now more enthusiastic and more optimists.  I believe much that, kind hearts are the gardens, kind thoughts are the roots, kind hearts are the flowers and kind deeds are the fruit.   In my Idolatry  –  Age,  before the revelation of slam.   I never worshipped Idols made of Pastry – Cream.   I used to worship those made of stones, the sun and the moon.  I don’t have to be what you want me to be; but I am free to be what I want to be.  I am allergic to somebody’s dictation the same way I hate to dictate something for somebody else.

As a Badwe  man, I love to speak of my own heart and I adorn to listen to somebody speaking of his own heart.  As a Badwe –  African man, I hate precisely hypocrisy of any sort and I am not a Top – Up telephone Mobile that can be operated by coins of money.   Moreover, I hate nepotism of any sort, big or little.   Dear reader, let us do our homework in our own Oval – Office and help the new President to start his assignment to finish the Job.

I tell you what that the Somali people are the most un – nationalist people on the Earth Planet and I will tell you why.

Will you believe that, with the exception of the USA,  Somalia is the only country in the World that you can use the American Dollar for local purchase while nobody will ask you to use the Somali Currency .

Secondly, more than Four Hundred Sixty Thousand American Dollars daily cross legally through the Tog  – Wajaale Border For Drug exchange.   While the Ethiopian Authority there rejected two Somaliland citizens to  ship Two Cartons of Fish to a Restaurant in Jigjiga.   The names of the Somaliland Citizens are Mohamed Ibrahim Xaashi and the deceased Mohamed Cali Dresser.

Dear reader, I am not Anti the Ethiopian Friendship and I highly appreciate it. And I am familiar with the Ethiopian people and their courtesy, because I used to be there in our days of doom and gloom.   When our false brothers in Jibouti has driven us back  to the hostile army of the late Vampire.   So that I am not a fear – monger  but I want them to treat me as a friend, not as their hostage.   Mr. Mahatma Ghandi said, truth is God.  Besides that, life is give and take; that is what mutual friends do.

Dear reader, President. John. F. Kennedy  said, I must ask what I can do for my country; I must not ask what my country can do for me

Somaliland First

The New President Mr. Musa Bihi , Somaliland Is Waiting You.
